1. 5x+1=3+2x

This seems like a straight D

From1, 3x = 2 => x = 2/3

Hence [2/3] = 0 SUFF

From 2, 0<x<1, x ranges from 0.01 to 0.99 and [x] would also be 0 in all those cases. SUFF
