"apparent connection" is better than "connection apparent" so eliminate C/E.

"between" is required for idiom "between X and Y" so that leaves D as the correct choice.

I am confused in rules for IF..THEN. MGMAT suggest that IF (present tense) will have 'will' in then clause. I tried using this rule but didn't find a answer choice. Can someone explain why I should not I apply below rule

Sentences that use IF to describe hypothetical situation require a conditional verb construction...IF present then will+base verb

B doesn't look correct. It should be D.

B is incorrect...
As per my source, D is the OA..

the correct idiom is "connection between A and B" .. and not "conntection of A and B"

(B) Should Dr. Wade be right, any apparent connection of eating
(D) If Dr. Wade is right, any apparent connection between eating

Observe the error ?

OA is D. But my question is how is this sentence different from "If he is right then she "will" go to college. In the question then clause has 'is'....
