Since ∆DEF is an isosceles triangle, the third side will be either of the length 11.5 or of the length 13.7..

If the third side is of the length 13.7, then perimeter is 11.5 + 13.7*2 = 38.9... not in the choices.

If the third side is of the length 11.5, then perimeter is 11.5*2+ 13.7 = 36.7..

Option B is the right answer.
