Here,
Let Jill's current weight= J and her Brother's weight= B
According to question,
J+B=343
J-7=B/2
==>2J-B=14
adding 3J=357.
Solving J=119

We can let Jill’s current weight = j and her brother’s current weight = b.

j - 7 = (1/2)b

2j - 14 = b

and

j + b = 343

Substituting (2j - 14) for b in the equation j + b = 343, we have:

j + 2j - 14 = 343

3j = 357

j = 119

Answer: B
