St I
The length is 3 times the width.
L = 3B
but we dont have specific values for either L or B ----------Insufficient

St II
The perimeter is 80
2L + 2B = 80
L and B can take multiple values ---------Insufficient

Combining St I and II we have
2L + 2B = 80
and L = 3B enough to find the are of the recctangle i.e K --------Sufficient

Hence option C is correct
