If we take m as 28, and put in the last option (m+14)/14; then (28+14)/14 =3, which is an integer. Please tell me where I am going wrong here?

The question asks to find an option that is not necessarily an integer given that m/7 is an integer. Such an option is E, which is not necessarily an integer. For example, if m = 7, then (m + 14)/14 will not be an integer. All other options will result in integers no matter the value of m, of course, given that m/7 is an integer.

If m and n are divisible by a then m+n and m-n and mn are also divisble by a
