Let M = 15 I-pods cost U = 300 dollars,
1 I-Pod = 300/15 = 20$
N = 20 I-Pods cost = 20*20$ = 400$
OR,
(U/M)*N

Answer is B

If M I-pods cost U dollars, what do N I-Pods cost?

Question: What is the price of N * I?

M*I = U dollars
I = U/M

Substituting I in N * I gives:
N * I = N * U/M = (N * U)/M

Answer B.

M I-Pod = U dollars
Then 1 I-Pod = U/M

Now what is N I-Pod?

Simply multiply N both sides,we get

N I-Pod = UN/M
Correct answer seems to be B.

Number plugging gives B :) price is U/M.... X N to get total cost of second ipod order
