If N is a positive integer, is 10^n - 1 divisible by q?

1. Q is not divisible by either 5 or 2
2. Q is not divisible by 9

Take some numbers: N=2 Q=11 (yes), Q=3 (no). All numbers satisfy both conditions - probably, the right answer is E

In any case q could be 1 - in which case the answer will always be yes regardless of N...
