Let the three digit integer be abc => 100a+10b+c

Statement 1 => a=3c, no info about b insufficient
Statement 2=> a=3+b, no info about c insufficient

Combined we know that

3+b = 3c => Let c = 1, then B = 0, a=3 so the number is 301
Let c = 2, then b = 3, a=6 so the number is 632

Insufficient Answer is E
