If n is an integer, which of the following CANNOT be an even integer?

(A) 2n + 2
even*n + even = even
(B) n – 5
Might be odd-odd = even
(C) 2n
even * n = even
(D) 2n + 3
even * n + odd = odd

(E) 5n + 2
Might be odd*even = even
