no test has no easy questions MEANS every test has easy questions.

you can derive all the choices from it except E..

a) Every test has some easy questions
Ofcourse, this is exactly the sentence means.. some could be all

b) Some tests have some easy questions
EVERY test will consist 'SOME tests'

c) No test has all hard questions
if every test has some/all easy questions, ofcourse no test will contain no easy question

d) Easy tests have easy questions
EASY is part of EVERY

e) Every test has some hard questions
Nothing is said about HARD questions. It may just be possible that all tests do not have any hard question

NO test contains easy question MEANS every test contains NO easy question..
similarly NO test contains NO easy question means every test contains NO ( NO EASY) question... NO NO means YES
so every test contains NO NO easy question

As per my understanding, a question of this type should be solved by negation i.e. ALWAYS NEGATE first:

"no test has no easy questions"
Negate "no test" = Every/Some
Negate "no easy" = easy

Result = "Every/Some test/tests has/have easy questions"
