If P is a positive integer, what is the value of P?

1. P/4 is a prime number
2. P is divisible by 3.

1: 12/4=3 20/4=5 Insuff

2: Insuff can be 3, 6, 9 etc.


Together 12/4=3 Satisfies both. Essentially P on top is a prime number*4 So it must be 12.
