I would say E is the answer, since P and Q could be either positive or negative. P could be 1 or any other number, Q could be 0 or 1 (in case P is 1) - hence both statements don't help determining the exact value

Hi..

WHAT does PQ>0 mean..
both P and Q are of SAME sign
None is 0

WHAT does \(|P|^Q=1\) mean..
Either P is 1 or -1.. OR Q is 0

lets see the statements..
1) |P|=P
this means P is POSITIVE or 0..
But P is not 0, so P is positive and hence 1
suff

2) |Q|=Q
this means Q is POSITIVE or 0..
But Q is not 0, so Q is positive and
hence P is also positive since PQ>0, so P=1
suff

HI,
Neither P nor Q can be 0, so rework your solution
