girls - 65 boys = 35
65/35
13/7

Let the total number of students be 100, so 65 are girls and the remaining 100-65 or 35 are boys..

Therefore, the ratio of the number of girls to the number of boys in the class = \(\frac{65}{35}=\frac{13}{7}\)

Since 65 percent are girls, 35 percent are boys, so the ratio of girls to boys is 65/35 = 13/7.
