From first condition :

Let t = 7m + 6

Then t^2 + 5t + 6
= (7m+6)^2 + 5(7m+6) + 6
=49m^2 + 119m + 72
=7(7m^2+17m +10) +2

Hence r = 2

2nd condition does not provide what is r, as t will come in square root form

Hence A is the answer
