Answer is B.

Area of parallelogram = B*H
H= square root of (10*10-6*6)
H=8
B=360/8
B=45
Perimeter of parallelogram = 2* (45+10)
= 2*55
= 110

Area of parallelogram = 360

Remaining side of triangle = 8 (6, 8 and 10 is a Pythagorean triplet)

Area of the 2 triangles = 24 * 2 = 48

Area of the rectangle = 360 - 48 = 312

8 * x = 312 --> x = 39

Perimeter of the parallelogram = 45 * 2 + 10 * 2 = 110

Answer: B
