$$\frac{3 + 8 + w}{3} \geq{w}$$

$$11 + w \geq{3w}$$

$$11\geq{3w-w}$$

$$11\geq{2w}$$

$$w\leq{\frac{11}{2}}$$

$$w\leq{5.5}$$

$$\frac{3 + 8 + w}{3} \leq{3w}$$

$$11 + w \leq{9w}$$

$$11\leq{9w-w}$$

$$11\leq{8w}$$

$$w\geq{\frac{11}{8}}$$

$$w\geq{1.375}$$

That means range of integers of $$w$$ will be greater than $$1$$, and less than or equal to $$5$$

Possible integers of $$w = 2,3,4,5$$

(8+3+w)/3 > w
11+w >3w

11>2w

W<5.5

(8+3+W)/3< 3W
11<8W

11/8 = 1.3

1.3<W<5.5 - 4 values
