I. \(\frac{9}{13}\) = approx 0.69

II. \(\frac{13}{9}\) = approx 1.44

III. \(70\)%= 0.7

IV. \(\frac{1}{0.70}\) = 100/70 = approx 1.42

Hence, the Ascending order will be:

I, III, IV, II
