\(A =\frac{\pi * d^2}{x} ;

d = 2*r\) ;
\(\frac{\pi * d^2}{x}\) = \(\pi * r^2\) ;
\(\frac{\pi * 4r^2}{x}\) =\(\pi*r^2\) ;
\(\pi * 4r^2 = x* \pi * r^2\)
\(x=4\)


The answer is E
