$$A =\frac{\pi * d^2}{x} ; d = 2*r$$ ;
$$\frac{\pi * d^2}{x}$$ = $$\pi * r^2$$ ;
$$\frac{\pi * 4r^2}{x}$$ =$$\pi*r^2$$ ;
$$\pi * 4r^2 = x* \pi * r^2$$
$$x=4$$
