I understood logic behind the question statement but I am unsure about B.
Logic: X>Y; no x> no y.

Ballon> birthday party
No ballon today > no birthday today

Please assist me at this point!

Dear Gvij2017,

I think ahabib is right in pointing out that the 2 words "not yet" caused B to be incorrect. I also selected B and D was the runner up.
