According to me the answer should be A.

As the area is in square cm, so to convert it into square inches we'll divide the area twice to convert it into square inches i.e. converting each of the two sides.
To convert cm to inches we'll multiply side by 2 and divide it by 5.

So for the area(in square inches) = area *(2/5)*(2/5) = 464

Hope I got this right. Let me know if you know the answer.

5 cms = 2 inches
1 cm = 0.4 inches
1 cm squared = 0.4 * 0.4 = 0.16 inch squared
So Answer is 2900 * 0.16 = 464 = A
