Clean (C) -3 as

\(-3^2 – 1 = 8\), Answer must be \((C) -3\)

x^2 ≤ 8+1
x^2 ≤ 9
-a ≤ x ≤ a <=> x^2 ≤ a^2
so,
-3 ≤ x ≤ 3 => least value -3
option A
