X²-3X-10=X²+X-12
4X=2
X=1/2

$$\frac{(x+2)(x−5)}{(x−3)(x+4)} = 1$$
--> $$x^2 - 3x -10 = x^2 + x - 12$$
--> $$4x = 2$$
--> $$x = 1/2$$
