Solving the equation \(x^2-4x+3<0\) = \((x-1)(x-3)<0\)

Using Wavy curve method we get \(1<x<3\)

Similarly solving equation \(2x^2-9x+10<0\) = \((x-2)(2x-5)<0\)

Using Wavy curve method we get \(2<x<2.5\)

Only possible value of x is 2.3

A is the answer.

\(x^2-4x+3<0\) ---> \((x-1)(x-3)<0\)

\(x=1\)

\(x=3\)

\(1<x<3\)

\(2x^2-9x+10<0\)

\((2x^2-4x)-(5x+10)<0\)

\(2x(x-2)-5(x-10)<0\)

\((2x-5)(x-2)<0\)

\(2x=5\) ---> \(x =2.5\)

\(x-2\) ---> \(x=2\)

\(2<x<2.5\)
