$$\frac{x}{90}=19.1$$
$$x= 19*90 + 0.1*90=18*(19*5)+9$$
Using $$dividend = divisor*(integer \quad quotient)+ remainder$$
We get $$Quotient= 19*5=95$$
$$Remainder=9$$
