Since X/Y = 5.32
that means 0.32*Y is an integer

min value of Y that makes it an integer is 25. Remainder = 8
for Y = 50, remainder = 16
for Y = 75, remainder = 24
for Y = 100, remainder = 32 , which is greater than 30, hence not to be considered

Sum of all such values of Y =25+50+75=150. Answer A

$$\frac{X}{Y} = 5.32 = 5 + \frac{32}{100} = 5 + \frac{8}{25} = 5 + \frac{16}{50} = 5 + \frac{24}{75}$$

So y can be 25, 50, or 75 and the remainder will be less than 30.
