$$\frac{1}{(x^{−2})^{−2}}$$ = ($$x^{-2}$$)$$^2$$ = $$x^{-4}$$

We know x= (√x)$$^2$$

So, $$x^{-4}$$ can also be written as (√x)$$^{-8}$$

Question says √x=y so substituting y in place of √x gives (y)$$^{-8}$$.......Option A
