Is this (xy)^4/3 or (x) (y^4/3)

Shank18, there is something missing in the question.
3432=2^3*3*11*13..
There is no way that both X and y are integers and m]xy^{\frac{4}{3}} = \sqrt{3432}[/m]..
Say y is 1 X is square root, ..
