I think its B. Because if you replace y with 0 then x=-2/3.

$$y = 3x + 2$$ ------- ($$i$$)

$$y =$$ $$-$$ $$4$$ $$–$$ $$6x$$ ------ ($$ii$$)

Equating equations ($$i$$) and ($$ii$$) we get;

$$3x + 2 =$$ $$-$$ $$4$$ $$-$$ $$6x$$

$$3x + 6x =$$ $$-$$ $$4$$ $$-$$ $$2 => 9x =$$ $$-$$ $$6$$

$$x = \frac{- 6}{9} = \frac{- 2}{3}$$

Substituting value of $$x$$ in equation ($$i$$) we get;

$$y = 3 (\frac{- 2}{3}) + 2 =$$ $$-$$ $$2 + 2$$

$$y = 0$$
