Going by the current scenario which is better one year course :-IIM Indore or IIM Lucknow?

ABC are better location-wise and hence are the top 3.
Location as such does not matter but people do remain concentrated in regions during placements. For example - IIMB helps you get jobs in Bangalore(India's Silicon Valley) mostly but not constrained, people in IIMA/C are placed all over(Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Pune/Mumbai, Chennai etc.).

If its about specific roles/company then things get different which is expected.

Sorry, don't know much about the India programs so can't comment on it. :(
But one easy way to distinguish them is by looking at competitiveness:
1. How many apply per spot
2. Average scores/stats
3. Program size. The bigger, the better usually
