"Interviewed with the head of adcom via Zoom (he was 12 minutes late I thought I was confused by the time zone and almost had a heart attack) -Why MBA Why now and why Imperial? (didn't ask me to "tell me about yourself" at all) -team work questions, what you like the most about team work and what are the challenges and how you address conflict -moment you demonstrated leadership -navigating challenges -failure -on a scale of 1-10 how achievable are your goals -things you will do now and during the program -the challenge the industry is facing -the best recent invention within your industry -how do you keep up with the general business -questions for him There were more questions but these are the highlights and the ones that I remember the most. He asked a lot more and some of the questions were flowing from the conversation but some clearly were pre-written and he needed to ask all of them. The interview was somewhat conversational and he was pretty easy to talk to. Scheduled for 30 but went on for 45."
