(1) In December, sales of calendars brought in \(\frac{1}{7}\) as much revenue as sales of all other items.

(2) In December, the shop sold a total of 625 calendars for $8 each.

I)\(\frac{1}{7}x +x=40,000\) This will give us a value of x, hence sufficient.
II) Total revenue from calendars 625*8 Hence sufficient.
