In a certain neighborhood, 60 percent of the houses have four bedrooms, and 50 percent of the houses are more than 30 years old. If 75 percent of the houses that are more than 30 years old have four bedrooms, how many of the houses 30 years old or under do not have four bedrooms?

(1) The neighborhood has 80 houses that do not have four bedrooms.
(2) Of the houses having four bedrooms, 25 percent are two-story houses that are more than 30 years old.
