21st term + 20th term = 20^20 + 20^19 = 20^19(20+1) = 21 * (20^19)
16th term - 15th term = 20^15 - 20^14 = 20^14 (20-1) = 19 * (20^14)

21(20^19)/19(20^14) = 20^5

Hence B is the correct answer.
