C = Car
M = Motorcycle
B = Both

C+M-B = 0.75 ---> since 25% own none.

0.65+0.55-B = 0.75

B = 0.45

C = 0.65-0.45 = 0.2

17,000*0.2 = 3,400

It is B,

0.65*17000+0.55*17000-a+0.25*17000 = 17000
a = 0.45*1700 (a is number of people owning a car and motorcycle)

so, if we subtract 0.65-0.45 we will find the share of people owning only a car.

0.20*17000 = 3400
