Asked: In how many seconds a train moving at 18 kilometers per hour cross a bridge which is 270 meters long?
18 km/hr = 18*1000/60*60 = 5 m/s
Let seconds required for a train moving at 18 kilometers per hour cross a bridge which is 270 meters long = t seconds
270 m = 5 m/s *t
t = 270 /5 = 54 seconds

I think train length is also required.
None of the answers seem correct with available data.
