In the decimal notation (2/23)^3, what is the 3rd digit to the right of the decimal point?

2/23 is less than .1 (.0something)
cube of it directly becomes .000someting.
So third digit is 0

Answer is a

It's got to be 0.

If you think of 2/23 as similar to 1/10 (but a bit less) it becomes obvious.

1/10 = 0.1
0.1^3 = (0.1)(0.1)(0.1) = 0.001

2/23 ^3 is less than this, so third digit to the right must be 0.
