Hey everyone!

I know its hard for anyone to interpret this, but any comments are welcome!

My scores on CATs so far:

Knewton
Diagnostic GMAT 08/25/2011 at 08:03AM 34 25 490
Practice GMAT #1 10/12/2011 at 09:17AM 37 30 550
Practice GMAT #2 11/13/2011 at 11:33AM 46 34 660
Practice GMAT #3 11/20/2011 at 10:10AM 38 27 540
Practice GMAT #4 11/23/2011 at 03:12PM 42 23 530
Practice GMAT #5 12/02/2011 at 10:30AM 44 32 630

Manhattan 28 nov (42/30) 590

The knewton #3 and #4 were both little of a chock, but hopefully I am going in the right direction now, still 19 days to go until test-day

Best of luck to all of you out there!

Regards,
Tobias

This is an indicator that you are lacking in one of the areas (you are getting a different mix of questions from test to test and it is showing that you are lacking in one area that perhaps you are getting more on one of the tests).

Otherwise, I don't have a great explanation why your tests would be jumping so much up and down. I would not so much try to pinpoint the number of correct/incorrect questions but instead focus on the types of concepts that were missed (there could be multiple).

Your verbal seems to jump the most - any idea why that is?

Alright, thanks! It seems like SC is my weakest area, and especially parallelism and comparisons and in quant I could definitely have a look at word translations. Still have the respective Manhattan guides to go through, so that should be manageable.

Hopefully I can improve these areas and see some consistency!

Hi guys,

I had a similar experiance with Knewton:

Diagnostic GMAT
Q28 V34 520

Practice GMAT #1
35 33 560

Practice GMAT #2
33 38 580

Practice GMAT #3
30 40 570

Practice GMAT #4
33 29 520

Practice GMAT #5
Q42 V30 590

My scores have jumped around quite a bit. #4 and #5 were written 2 days apart. My verbal has decreased since completing Knewton which is very disoucouraging. Any ideas?

Thanks!!
