Since $$X^2$$ and $$Y^2$$ are always non-negative, the question translates into "Is $$X^2-Y^2=|X^2-Y^2|$$?" or "Is $$X^2-Y^2\geq0$$, which is equivalent to $$X^2\geq{Y^2}$$?"

Obviously, the given information, even the two statements together, is not sufficient to answer the question.
