Dear all,

I am plannin to apply to the following schools in R1 and R2 . However I have little or no clarity on the Interview process.Since I work and have very little in savings( whatever I have I am saving it up for paying actual college fees), travellin to the College location in US/Europe for the interview would be impossible for me.

As such I was hopin if anyone of you could shed some light on whether these schools do conduct interviews in India , and, if not, would it make any sense for me to apply to these schools, knowin tht even if I do manage an interview call I wont be able to attend it if the location is in US

The schools are

1. Booth
2.INSEAD
3.NYU Stern
4.Haas
5.HBS
6.Wharton

Thanks,

Indradeep

Harvard did some in India last year.

I'd say 99% of business schools also do phone interviews for those who can't make it to an on-campus interview.

I believe Stern does hold interviews in India, but you should apply R1 to get an off-site interview slot.

The interview policies for all of the schools you're interested in can be found on their websites. If you want definitive answers, you should check there.

Many also have an alumni interview option before they resort to phone interviews. But as brainhurt said, your best bet is to look at the specific interview policies on the schools' websites.
