A methinks

B - Rain is the effect, not the cause. And an unrelated effect, at that.
C - It is not specified that it ONLY rains when I drive my car on the highway.
D - Out for the same reason as C.
E - All wheeled conveyances on the highway are polluters. From III we know that my car is driven on the highway. Out.

Uh uh. I know what you're thinking. "Is the answer A, B, C, D or E?" Well to tell you the truth in all this excitement I kinda lost track myself. But you've gotta ask yourself one question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?
