Woo! Got it figured out...SO GLAD!

I basically ended up with three options:

1. Great fit, good job, minimal connection to long-term goals

2. Horrible fit, awesome job, great connection to career goals (but horrible fit --> no desire for full-time offer)

3. Very good fit, solid job, great connection to career goals.

Using the multi-attitudinal attribute model to assess overall preference, 3 wins out.

I feel a thousand pounds lighter. And just in time for spring break - tomorrow I jet off to Spain.
