hi there,

what is the importance of interviews in the overall admission procedure. I know it probably depends from school to school but on general what is it?

Lets say if you get 4 interviews and got rejected from all after the interview , is that necessary mean you screwed the interview or is it possible that there are some major issues in other parts of the application.

in other words, if someone receives the highest possible mark on the interview, does that necessary mean he will be admitted?

Some schools allow interview untill a day before the decision date, how the they decide on the last day?

Hi ua87,

The interview process really varies from school to school. For example, Harvard Business School accepts over 50% of the candidates they interview, which is a higher acceptance rate than other business schools.

It's always a good idea to practice mock interviews with colleagues and peers to get feedback. We also have some free interview advice here:

Hope this was of help.

Cheers,
