Those extra/grace points are granted for the first time you earned a badge not for later times. i.e this is you second time so no grace points this time.

Its been 5 days since I last earned a point. I have 99 points till now.
Since then, I have been using timer attempts, joining Chats, postings, but did not get a single point.
Am I missing something?

You need to achieve 25 kudos to go to the Next Level. Once achieved, You will start earning points again.

Hey bb i had redeemed 7 Veritas Prep CATS for 100 points on 2019-11-03 23:50 but i haven't received any mail from gmatclub or veritas prep on about how to activate it or proceed further.

Do we only have only one reward for TTP (10 days for 75 points). Is there any possibility of one or two months access?

It will be in FEB. We will have the quizzes twice in a month. First prize shall be TTP / Empowergmat - 4 month course in the quiz .
