I have more than 100 kudos, why do I have almost none points? Shouldn't I gain 5 for every kudo?

Points and kudos are different from each other.
You get one point for Solving question with timer or for posting solution, once in a 24 hours leap.
Other methods are stated in "Gmat Club Reward Dashboard-How to use column".
In response to your query- 5 points are given when you get 5 kudos on a single post within a month.
For ex- if you posted a solution on 1st November. You are only eligible for 5 points if you get 5 kudos on your post before 1st December.

I used my reward point to redeem the 10-day Target Test Prep access on Sunday, but I did not get the access yet and I am not sure how to get the access. Can you please help?

I used my reward points to get the 10 day Target Test Prep Access. However when I enter the details I get a prompt saying "You have used your 1 trial, please purchase a plan to continue".
My guess is that it's referring to the 5 day trial I had taken earlier.

I believe that is the case - the 10-day access counts as a trial in their system.
Can you open a new account? or that does not work with TTP's system and you need to use the same one?
