Does anyone have great material that covers some of the quant questions covered during an IB interview? Any additional help would be greatly appreciated.

You may know of these already, but these websites are pretty solid, although a bit more geared towards analysts than associates:

even though they did not too much of a good thing for me... but well, you should read them if you want them to work, right?

Yeah VAULT guides is a great source for these interviews. There are some universities that offer free PDF downloads to the public (just do a google search).

All the mentioned guides above are fantastic but they don't mention certain aspects of interviews. For example, some interviewers try to test whether you can handle the pressure. So purposely, they keep staring at their Blackberry or do other things while you are talking to see if it distracts you.

Also, they do ask some ridiculous questions to see if little things like that throw you off.

This is how I bombed my Morgan stanley interview back in Junior yr of college:

Morgan: Why shouldn't we hire you?
Correct answer: (per my friend who received offer) There aren't any reasons why you shouldn't hire me. In fact, if you don't make me an offer - you will miss out on a star banker of the future.

Then Morgan followed that question with this one right afterwards..
Morgan: Tell me one of the worst thing that you've done in your life.
Correct answer: (per my friend who received offer) Worst thing? What I did yesterday before this interview. I was considering one of your competitors, Goldman Sachs...
My answer: Ummm....I used to use Napster in highschool?

I can go on. But let me save my dignity by stopping here. The point is, regardless of what they ask, be confident and bold. Don't freak out...at least don't let them know.

The only concern about those fast, confident answers is that you never know which interviewer will take them as a positive and which one will put them in the arrogant column and reject you outright on questions of attitude! I haven't experienced wallstreet interviews but I can tell you that I sat for a few wall-street company interviews here in Riyadh, and 1 guy actually told me that "don't act over-confident!". but just to be very honest this guy was an Arab, so....maybe one can give the culture argument and all.

I went through a very successful recruiting season (summer analyst but whatever) a while ago and what helped me the most was the Scoopbooks series
