1. I guess the answer should be +ve
2. .5 [equal for men(3) and women(3) for 16 years of education]

Please post the answer choices!

Can you please explain the solution to part A?
I am not very sure how the salary is increasing with year of education.
to me it appeared neutral

so the probability is half
