Lets say a person has a masters degree and took a bit longer to figure what he/she wants to do, would 32/33 be considered too old for a good MBA program? I look a lot younger than my age!

Although I commend you for fighting off the signs of aging on your face, I will say with certainty that the "age you look" makes no difference in whether or not you are admitted.

32 is not too old, but in your case the "Why now?" and your post-MBA goals become more important. Schools do not want (a) someone that is going through a bout of boredom trying to find something to break the rut, or (b) someone that is completely set in their ways and just looking for a degree to get to the next level in their company (because usually an EMBA / PT program is fine for this).
