Hi everyone!

I've recently taken my IELTS examination and got a rather low result (lower than expected). However, I exactly meet the minimum English proficiency requirements to enter the desired Masters program.

I'm just concerned that due to a low score my application is unlikely to compete successfully with those of candidates with better English.

Please someone tell me, that IELTS or TOEFL scores are not taken into consideration while evaluating the applications!
