(1) N is a factor of 100.

(2) N is a factor of 135.

This is a Data Sufficiency Butler Question

Understand what do we mean by factors of something:
Factors of 28: 2*2*7 ===> 2 and 7 are distinct factors of 28

In option B, it is states N is a factor of 135, it means N definitely will be either 3 or 5 which is an odd number.

While in option A, factors of 100 are 2 and 5, in this case you cannot say which one would N be.

Hope it’s clear now!
